Not only was the food well below average—easily one of the worst Adana kebabs I’ve ever had—but it also took an hour to arrive, accompanied by poor service. I’m convinced Anthony Bourdain only ended up here by pure chance.
More importantly, their cruelty toward animals was horrific. A street cat was simply seeking shelter from the rain under the tables, yet the staff treated it with absolute hostility, physically abusing it and explicitly stating they planned to put it in a bag, discard it, and kill it.
No establishment should feel so comfortable expressing such cruelty, let alone practicing it. You do not deserve your reputation or your business. Shame on you.- Group size

No fancy restaurant, no unnecessary extras, just good Turkish street food. The combination of juicy grilled meat, freshly toasted flatbread, and all those smoky flavors is exactly what makes a proper dürüm so delicious.

El personal es algo serio y no hablan inglés, pero te atienden. Pedí brochetas y nunca llegaron, aunque agradecí porque quedé lleno.
Para ser tan famoso gracias an Anthony Bourdain, siento que no aprovechan esa fama ni la experiencia: podría ser mucho más especial. Aun así, si andas cerca, vale la pena probarlo — solo no vayas con expectativas muy altas o buscando algo más allá de un buen dürüm.Çeviri
Look, it's delicious, and the food delivers—the dürüm is flavorful and the seasoning is worth it. Of course, the place is small, the menu is short, and some items weren't available when I went. It's clear that it's more of a takeout restaurant than a relaxed sit-down meal. The staff is somewhat serious and doesn't speak English, but they do serve you. I ordered skewers, and they never arrived, although I was grateful because I was stuffed. Considering it's so famous thanks to Anthony Bourdain, I feel like they don't take advantage of that fame or the experience: it could be much more special. Still, if you're nearby, it's worth trying—just don't go with too high expectations or looking for anything beyond a good dürüm.

Reasonable price and delicious flavor. We tried the Adana and chicken shish kebabs, and they were both delicious. Both were spicy, but not overly so. This is the ideal place to eat something delicious without getting ripped off. A place we'll definitely return to.
